He became Division President for a portion of Heritage dealerships in 2001 before assuming his current role in 2007. | ![]() Jay Sponseller Service Director Jay started as a technician for Herb Gordon in the mid 70's and worked his way up from Parts Manager, Warranty Manager, Parts and Service Director to Division Service Director. He has held his current role for 10 years. | ![]() Steve Gluck Sales Director Steve joined MileOne in 2002 selling cars at Herb Gordon Nissan shortly after graduating from the University of Maryland. He moved up the sales career path to internet sales manager, new car sales manager and general sales manager. In July of 2017 he was promoted to General Manager at BMW of Silver Spring. In April of 2019 he was promoted to the Division Sales. |

Our Hall Division has served the Hampton Roads and Elizabeth City communities since 1972 and is the largest automotive group in Hampton Roads. Over 200 of the Hall employees have been there for over 10 years.
