No. If selected, you are hired as a full-time employee starting on your first day. Participation in the DRIVEN Program does not make your role temporary or trial-based.
Yes. The DRIVEN Program is specifically designed for candidates without direct industry experience.
It is normal to reassess once you begin working. We encourage open communication and, when possible, exploration of development opportunities or internal career paths.
Participants earn $4,500 per month for the first three months. After that period, compensation is determined based on the career position and path selected.
Yes. Benefits become effective on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
A typical day includes meetings, independent work, collaboration with team members and learning new systems or processes.
This is a full-time, in-person position with a five-day workweek. Occasional Saturdays and/or holidays may be required.
Yes. We encourage open discussions about work-life balance, expectations, scheduling and flexibility.
Time-off policies are discussed during onboarding or after you begin. Because the DRIVEN Program is hands-on and fast-paced, consistent participation is encouraged, though we understand that personal needs arise and value early communication with your manager.
Participants work within the Heritage division across the greater Baltimore area, including locations such as Owings Mills, Towson, Catonsville and Parkville.
Yes. This role rotates between different dealership locations. Exposure to multiple stores and departments is essential to your growth and development. All locations are within the greater Baltimore area.
