Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP, provided by MileOne Autogroup and powered by the experts at BHS, provide our employees and their household members with free, confidential, in-the-moment professional support to navigate through personal and financial issues that may be impacting their lives. Situations might include: depression or anxiety, coping with a death in the family, health issues, financial challenges, substance abuse, marriage or divorce problems, childcare or eldercare needs, legal advice and more.                                 

Employee Purchase Program (EPP)

The EPP provides special pricing on all sales and service purchases to full and part-time employees and their immediate family members. It also includes a high level of personalized service to provide the best purchase and service experience.

Milestone Recognition

Milestone Recognition is a company-wide anniversary program where we will celebrate and commemorate the dedication and success of each MileOne employee as important milestones are achieved. Division luncheons take place each fall.          

The NextMile Scholarship

The NextMile Scholarship program offers employees and their immediate family members the opportunity to apply for a renewable $2,500 scholarship to use toward pursuing their education at an accredited college, university or trade school. The scholarship is available to all MileOne employees.
