Job Summary: The Service Valet is responsible for initially greeting and welcoming customers. They must provide excellent customer service and conduct themselves in a professional manner. The Service Valet is responsible for moving customers' vehicles in the service drive, parking, pulling them forward for delivery, and assisting in keeping the service drive and parking lot clean of debris.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness in service drive
  • Keep service drive moving at all times
  • Assist customers with phone pairing and tire pressure correction.
  • Maintain cleanliness in customer vehicles
  • Checking in and out of loaner vehicles
  • Operating shuttle
  • Provide pickup and delivery of customer vehicle.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must have clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations
  • Must be able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
