Job Requirements

As a service consultant you will be privileged to:

  • Provide your customers with an outstanding experience
  • Greet Customers Promptly
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Verify and determine the customers’ needs
  • Inform vehicle maintenance needs
  • Prepare estimates of labor and parts costs
  • Establish promise times
  • Update customer’s frequently
  • Perform a walk around on the customer’s vehicle
  • Prepare final invoice and verify accuracy of estimate
  • Clearly explain all work performed to the customer
