Job Description

MileOne Automotive is currently hiring a Regional Marketing Coordinator for our very busy in-house marketing team. This candidate will work hand in hand with other corporate staff to respond to the marketing needs of our external customers. 

Job Summary

The Regional Marketing Coordinator will assist Regional Marketing Manager and other team members in all phases of day-to-day marketing and operating responsibilities with particular emphasis on proper scheduling, budgeting and creative workflow. This individual will also be a part of and expected to contribute to the Regions Marketing Plans from a strategic perspective as well as generate creative ideas to help them achieve their goals. 

Duties

  • Create and open marketing jobs for assigned Division working with the store General Managers and internal Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Maintains and distributes specific budget/co-op reports.
  • Completes required tasks for dealership financial reimbursement for all co-op approved marketing campaigns.
  • Assists in program reporting and analysis.
  • Assists in compiling reports, data for special projects and requests from the field etc.
  • Gathers, tracks and analyzes competitive intelligence (creative, media, promotions, etc.).
  • Manage e-newsletter creation and distribution for assigned dealerships.
    • Work with the region to collect sales and service offers, secure story ideas, write articles, upload imagery, etc.
  • Checks invoices against estimates, manages billing and reconciles against the budget.
  • Proof reports, advertisements, collateral materials, digital communication etc. for accuracy, compliance and co-op availability.
  • Assist with website posting and compliance for their Region of responsibility.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required. Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or related degree preferred. Advertising or related internship preferred.
  • 3-4 years of retail marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of/familiarity of other software (CRM, database, Adobe, etc.) a plus.
  • Strong creative instincts.
  • Organized and able to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented, strong problem solving skills and a team player.
