Job Summary:

The Director of First Impressions receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. In addition, this person answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greets Collision Center customers and determines the nature of their visit

• Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduces the customer as needed to the associate who will be assisting them

•Answers incoming phone calls

• Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

• Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

• Assists with clerical duties as requested

• May occasionally be required to assist with moving vehicles

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years previous experience in a dealership preferred but not required
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Superior customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with less than 2 moving violations - Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles

Required Education:
• High school diploma or the equivalent
