We are currently looking for lot attendants who can handle early morning shifts, late afternoon and evening shifts, and some Saturdays.

Pay commensurate with experience. 

Job Summary:

The Lot Attendant moves and cleans vehicles, keeps the vehicles in sound working condition, and helps the service manager as requested.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location
  • Controls service traffic flow and parking
  • Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
  • Assists lot attendants with duties at the service counter
  • Assists Service Advisors in task as assigned
  • Assists Service Manager as needed
  • May advise customers on other available services to both educate the customer and gain potential revenue for the service center
  • Builds strong customer relationships
  • Strive to gain knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations in order to answer questions regarding the customer’s vehicle in accordance to manufacturer’s specifications and potential service opportunities
  • Attend all training available including, but not limited to, manufacturer and dealership
  • Maintains a professional appearance


Job Requirements


  • One year experience as a dealership lot attendant preferred
  • Must have clean driving record with no more than 2 moving violations
  • Must be able to drive both an automatic and manual car shift
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
