Internet sales accounts for 50% of our business - get your share of the action!

The Internet Manager will be responsible for assisting Dealership management to maximize sales results for all Internet activities including development and monitoring of sales processes on all leads received electronically, performance monitoring and reporting as well as monitoring all e-commerce marketing channels.

Job Duties:

  • Train new hires and experienced sales professionals on ways to improve lead performance by the Company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to respond to sales leads.
  • Provide various performance reports to dealership management at specified times.
  • Work with the dealerships and various vendor representatives to resolve any issues.
  • Provide in store training in the dealerships and trouble shoot any performance problems.
  • Monitor pricing to make sure that all cars are priced, aligned and classified properly.
  • Monitor on-line presentation of inventory for quality and timeliness.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Successful sales background, preferably automotive.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with and coach sales staff on process and use of CRM software.
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction. 
  • Automotive Internet sales training background also helpful.
