Job Summary:

The Internet Appointment Setter will be responsible for responding to internet sales requests via email, then making a follow up phone call to the potential customer to schedule an appointment to visit the store.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up calls to customers - “No Show" on their appointment, previous day appointments and store visits
  • Verify customer information and assist the customer in setting an appointment to address their service needs
  • Record all activity in dealership’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in accordance to all policies and procedures
  • Notify departments of scheduled appointment as defined by dealership process

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Call Center/Sales Experience Preferred
  • Ability to meet call quotas and monthly sales goals set forth by Management
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time management skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Superior oral and written communications skills are required (grammar, spelling and professional presentation)
  • Ability to work with computer applications including but not limited to email, web applications, and MS Office products such as Word, Excel and Internet Explorer
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
