Heritage is now hiring an experienced General Manager for our premier Honda dealership in Parkville, MD

Not just a top performer in sales, this candidate must be a true professional with top tier management skills, know how to work with a large team and inventory, and truly manage each aspect of the dealership. In addition to the large sales, service and parts department at the Parkville, MD location, the Heritage Honda General Manager will have management responsibility for a stand-alone Honda Service and Honda Parts department in Towson, MD.

Job Requirements

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Automotive industry experience with increasing responsibility
  • A great work ethic is an absolute must
  • Must have previous automotive leadership experience in a dealership
  • Must have proven success in managing a large sales staff with big inventories
  • Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
  • Needs to maintain a high energy level
  • Must be able to lead by example
