Job Description

Summary:

  • Assists the Fleet Service Supervisor with the Maintenance Management Program (MMP) by providing service assistance, and negotiate vehicle repair costs where appropriate.
  • Issues purchase orders and verbal authorization for valid vehicle repairs in order to control or lower customer’s vehicle maintenance repair costs.
  • Coordinates and sets-up rental vehicles as needed. Approves incoming repair invoices for accuracy and input into the vehicle repair database.
  • Additional responsibility for copying and properly filing vehicle repair invoices.
  • Assists as needed with monthly MMP billing.
  • Assists Fleet Service Supervisor with any special projects as directed.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of sales experience in administrative role
  • Experience in rental or leasing environment preferred
  • Exhibit commitment to high level of customer service
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
