Job Description

Due to our growth we are now hiring a Fleet Operations Specialist who will  manage the order fulfillment process for new vehicles deliveries for Allstate Leasing vehicle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order fulfillment process for new vehicle deliveries. This includes vehicle locates and preparing fleet lease documentation.
  • Coordinate completion of signed leasing documents between the customer and Allstate Leasing through the use of DocuSign.
  • Maintain and foster strong relationships with third party vendors and automotive network to ensure a high level of service and timely delivery.
  • Work with vehicle manufacturer, dealers, customers, account executives, and business owners to provide detailed status on outstanding and completed deliveries.
  • Work closely with management and operation divisions on identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to increase operating income.
  • Account manager for complex and high-profile clients. Oversee all aspects of purchase and delivery including vehicle, registration, insurance, services, and upfits/add-ons.
  • Process various lease transactions including asset profile creation, service setup, and vendor invoice management.
  • Validate documents, dates, and information that have been provided are accurate and inputted correctly.
  • Perform and execute projects as assigned.

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two to three years of customer service and/or business processing experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and outbound calling.
  • Able to interpret and analyze data.
  • Strong process skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers, management, and business partners to drive innovative concepts and business opportunities.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to leverage technology.
