After over 30 years of exceptional service our Heritage Honda General Manager is retiring leaving an opening for a tenured and skilled General Manager. Our new Heritage Honda General Manager will ensure the long term growth, profitability & sustainability at one of the largest Honda dealerships in Maryland.

Not just a top performer in sales, this candidate must be a true professional with top tier management skills, know how to work with a large team and inventory, and truly manage each aspect of the dealership. In addition to the large sales, service and parts department at the Parkville, MD location, the Heritage Honda General Manager will have management responsibility for a stand-alone Honda Service and Honda Parts department in Towson, MD.

Job Requirements

General Manager Qualifications:

  • Local, Mid-Atlantic candidates are preferred
  • +4 years of dealership experience as a General Manager, required
  • Demonstrate proven strong leadership and organizational skills to include the ability to manage large and diverse teams
  • High energy and positive work ethic
  • The ability to understand profit and loss statements, to include financial statement analysis
  • Must possess strong communication skills that are innovative and impactful in order to drive a culture of customer service focus and positive employee engagement
