Job Description

Heritage Honda of Westminster is now hiring for a Deal Coordinator to assist our sales department.  Must have previous automotive experience. 

The Deal Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Sales/Finance department and the Accounting department to assist with deal flow and ensure quality processing of deal packages and reports that will be sent to the Accounting department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Managers in maintaining the deal log of all vehicle deliveries with accurate deal information
  • Ensure deals are turned into accounting according to processing procedures
  • Process all deals using standard operating procedure checklists prior to turning in deal to the Accounting office
  • Act as intermediary between store and accounting for items that need to be pulled from deals
  • Distribute sales commission’s sheets from the Accounting office for review and approval from sales management
  • For dealerships with separate sales/finance credit card terminals- collect daily batch reports and back up for prior days transactions and forward to accounting
  • Assist with monthly reconciliation of physical inventory counts to manufacturer records, accounting records and proprietary software

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Two plus years detail oriented administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence, routine reports and correspondence
  • Self-starter with high level of initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Basic MS Office knowledge including excel; internet proficient and has general mathematic skills
