Job Description

MileOne Autogroup, one of the largest and fastest growing automotive companies in the mid-atlantic region is actively looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Database Coordinator.

The Database Coordinator will be able to thrive in a high energy and fast paced environment where cutting edge marketing tactics are regularly tested and deployed.  

Database Coordinator:

  • Create marketing lists for email and direct mail campaigns for all dealership accounts
  • Conduct final testing and QA on all email campaigns prior to launch to ensure all emails are sent in proper form and template
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM guidelines
  • Serve as subject matter expert for CRM content-related questions
  • Send email marketing campaigns for all dealers (average 200 email campaigns/month for sales and service)
  • Monitor campaign performance immediately following deployment
  • Assist in writing, creating, and editing email templates for all dealerships
  • Manage subscriber opt-outs for email, direct mail and eNewsletters for all dealers
  • Manage eNewsletters for all divisions. Obtain sales/service offers, create/add custom content to each newsletter and pull subscriber lists for ALL accounts
  • Create and distribute the monthly campaign deployment calendar
  • Ensure data integrity pertaining to various lists
  • Compile and distribute reporting for email & direct mail marketing, and eNewsletters; including ROI reports
  • Create and maintain training and instructional guides for the position
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes associated with campaign deployment
  • Upload email and direct mail marketing campaigns every month to vendor website
  • Work with dedicated vendor reps and support teams to troubleshoot problems and brainstorm new ideas

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree, related experience
  • 1-3 years' experience with CRM database management and email B2C marketing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Strong skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of HTML and responsive emails a plus
  • Strong writing skills and creative instincts
  • Experience with the QA process, including browser, email client and mobile compatibility a plus
  • B2C, direct-response, retail and e-commerce experience a plus
