Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervises all vehicle deliveries, ensuring that each customer is informed of the vehicle's warranty details, maintenance requirements, and features, particularly those related to safety

  • Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation

  • Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Develops and monitors the results of a dealership customer service questionnaire

  • Coordinates special dealership events, promotions, and seminars

  • Assists in other areas when needed

This position starts at $10/hour.


You will receive a two question survey from the Predictive Index within 24 hours; if applying on a week day or on Monday morning if applying on the weekend.  Please look for this survey in your email as it is pre-requisite for consideration for the position.

Job Requirements


  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, automotive experience preferred 
  • Exhibit commitment to high level of customer service
  • High level of verbal/written communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
