MotorWorld is now hiring a dynamic, experienced and career minded individual to join our sales team as Manager of Commercial/Fleet Sales.

The Manager of Commercial / Fleet Sales is a business development role, and will require both heavy prospecting and closing of sales. The successful candidate will make outside contacts with small businesses in immediate marketing area to gain information on who handles their fleet trucks.

MotorWorld is a part of the MileOne Autogroup and has unprecedented resources to ensure the success of the Manager of Commercial / Fleet Sales. 

Responsibilities:

  • Preserve and grow current client portfolio
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Assist customer with vehicle selection; promote model options, features, value-add products & services, purchase/finance options following dealership policy
  • Facilitate delivery by providing clear explanation of features, operation, warranty and servicing requirements
  • Visit up to 5 business locations a day
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries frequently and respond to inquiries immediately in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Deliver world class customer satisfaction
  • Supplies new-vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries.
  • Meet and exceed quota on an ongoing basis
  • Attends managers meetings as requested

 Travel Requirements: 75% travel

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • +5 years of sales experience required; Commercial vehicle (automotive) sales experience is a plus
  • Comfortable interacting face-to-face with new prospects; Business to Business sales experience is a plus
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test and valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations
