The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for driving traffic in the new and pre-owned vehicle showrooms.

The Business Development Coordinator fulfills responsibilities primarily through, managing and responding to all internet and phone inquiries, communicating effectively with each customer/prospect by setting and confirming appointment driven floor traffic. You will be responsible for selling and/or leasing a minimum of units per month based on goals established by location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Assisting customer in selecting vehicles
  • Screening and coordinating with customers to bring them into the store for proper vehicle demonstrations and to ultimately close the sale/lease
  • Scheduling first appointment and subsequent services visits as needed
  • Researching auto-buying services on the internet
  • Maintaining an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with less than 2 points
  • Associates degree or bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Call center experience, preferred
  • Experience in consumer to consumer sales (C2C)
  • Ability to ask for the sale and close
  • Gain or maintain state sales license
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
