The Customer Service Representative at our Business Development Center serves as a liaison between the dealership and its customers.

Must be able to work evening and Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound and take inbound service and owner follow up calls
  • Handles and process service requests and parts inquires
  • Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Light administrations duties (data entry)
  • Assists in other areas when needed
  • Must be flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekends
  • Fast pace environment, must be able to meet call handling time and daily call goals
  • Must have great phone and computer skills

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, automotive experience preferred 
  • Exhibit commitment to high level of customer service
  • High level of verbal/written communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills
  • Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
  • Must be able to work evening and Saturdays
