Job Description

MileOne Holdings is currently hiring a new par time member to the team. We are seeking an Accounting / Office Assistant for our wealth management office.

The Accounting / Office Assistant  will be responsible for the following:

  • Preforms general bookkeeping and accounting functions, which includes posting of cash receipts, making deposits, payment of bills and invoices as due and maintenance of general ledgers for various entities.
  • Ensure filing system related to receipts and disbursements are current, accurate and organized.
  • Act as general support staff to other office personnel and perform such duties as copying, sorting mail, ordering supplies, and other duties as needed.

The Accounting / Office Assistant can expect to work 10-20 hours per week

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Pursuing, or have obtained, Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite - EXCEL specifically, Quickbooks, Billpay and other accounting related software
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and calculate figures and amounts
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
