Job Description

MileOne Autogroup is expanding our team. Our Special Finance team is currently hiring a Sr. Special Finance Coordinator in Owings Mills.

The Special Finance department handles the financing needs for customers with subprime credit who are looking for finance options to purchase new or used vehicles from one of our many retail dealerships.

The Sr Special Finance Coordinator will work with our various sales departments throughout the Baltimore metro to submit completed and accurate credit applications to finance companies specializing in subprime loans. The Sr Special Finance Coordinator will also handle directing and confirming the stipulations required for the lender's approval. The Sr Special Finance Coordinator will also work directly with the lender's various departments for underwriting and funding.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Review the applications obtained by the sales departments for accuracy/missing information
  • Work within the ELeads system and document note relevant to deal transaction information.
  • Obtain required bank stipulations from the sales department and verify that the stipulations meet the bank requirements.
  • Keep up with the ever changing bank programs, so the contracts match the lender's requirements

The hours for this position are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm with a 30 minute lunch and every other weekend off.

  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent follow through skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet Applications
  • Previous dealership experience preferred
