The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for driving traffic in the new and pre-owned vehicle showrooms. The Business Development Coordinator fulfills responsibilities primarily through, managing and responding to all internet and phone inquiries, communicating effectively with each customer/prospect by setting and confirming appointment driven floor traffic. You will be responsible for setting appointments for the store via phone, email, and text.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Responding to internet inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
  • Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication (via phone, email, or text)
  • Maintaining an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Time management, organization, and prioritization skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent follow through skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license – No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Call center experience is preferred but not required
  • Gain or maintain state sales license
  • Basic computer proficiency, internet proficiency, email, and general mathematic skills
