| Description | MileOne Automotive is actively looking for several GREAT Finance & Insurance Managers. The ideal candidate will have at least two years as a F&I Manager in a high volume dealership. You must be a proven winner. Only the top performers will be considered. Compensation is commensurate with performance! In addition, this role is responsible for the following: • Sell finance, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP, credit insurance and other Aftermarket products to retail customers • Increase profitability within the Finance department • Obtain approval from finance sources on all finance/lease deals • Ensure all finance/lease deals get funded in a timely manner • Maintain legal and ethical behavior towards all customers and vendors • Instruct/train sales associates in the methods of selling finance/lease customer options • Maintain turnover program which will insure a 100% turnover ratio to the Finance Department • Work with Sales Management team in securing a good profit from every retail sale • Take a leadership role in providing solutions to employee and customer problems Required Experience: • Outstanding communication skills • Professional appearance and work ethic • Great attitude with a high-energy personality • Superior customer and organizational skills • Automotive sales/dealership experience required • Insurance industry experience a plus Required Education: • High school diploma or the equivalent with a preference of college graduates MileOne is an equal opportunity employer and we maintain a drug free work environment.
