| Description | Hall Automotive in Newport News is looking for a Sales Manager. This position ensures that the dealership meets its new and used car unit sales quotas and its gross objectives on daily, monthly, and yearly basis. This role will be responsible for setting the standards and goals of the sales team by working with them putting deals together for the customers and making the sale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for excellent customer service and closing deals. Must have previous F&I experience. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for New & Used car sales • Follow up with Sales Team on leads and potential customer contacts • Promote 100% customer satisfaction • Implement proper customer handling procedures • Lead Sales team to achieve their goals Required Experience: • Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals • Outstanding communication skills • Professional appearance and work ethic • Great attitude with a high-energy personality • Superior customer service skills • Excellent managerial skills • Two plus years of automotive sales experience • Two years in a dealership management position • Must have proven F&I Management experience Required Education: • High school diploma or the equivalent • College degree in Business or related field preferred Hall Automotive is an equal opportunity employer and we maintain a drug free work environment.
