Ambassador Program
This exciting program is designed to provide you with the absolute best automotive buying and service experience. The Ambassador Program ensures that you, along with your immediate family members, receive the absolute best price from all MileOne dealerships on automotive purchases, sales or service. You and your immediate family members can expect excellent customer service, care and attention throughout the entire buying experience...before, during and after the sale.
Once you are hired, your name will be added to our list to receive Ambassador cards to enable you to utilize the Ambassador Program. You will also receive our monthly Ambassador newsletter.
Volunteer Programs
Throughout MileOne's 3,500 employees, breast cancer has impacted many of their lives. Therefore, MileOne feels very strongly about supporting the American Cancer Society. Not only does this opportunity provide MileOne with a way to truly give back to the communities with which we do business, it is a charity that everyone, including the customer, relates to.
MileOne chose to support the American Cancer Society based on the Society's commitment to research, advocacy, and patient services. So the company began its involvement by participating in community-based events such as Baltimore's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer® and Relay For Life® throughout Maryland.
This year will mark MileOne's 11th year partnering with the American Cancer Society. To date, MileOne has raised over $2 Million as a flagship sponsor for Making Strides; a participant in the John Steadman Tournament of Hope and our most successful fundraiser which has been the car donation for the Relay For Life raffle every year.
Employee Referral Program
If you are a MileOne employee, you can earn a cash award if you refer an external applicant who is hired to an open position at MileOne.
By simply referring a resume to the Corporate Recruiter for an open position, your name will go into a quarterly drawing for $100 cash. This referral does not need to be hired – just simply qualified and interested in the position.
If your referral is hired by MileOne, you will receive $100 cash on your referral’s first day. You will then receive another $100 on your referral’s six month anniversary and then another $200 on their one year anniversary.
